Before I order, what size should I get?
Finding the correct length depends on your personal preference, we recommend using a string measured out to your desired length, taking into account some room for movement, and then measuring the total length with a ruler.

I need my bracelet resized, how do I go about it?
It happens! If you are unable to measure correctly at home before you purchase and accidentally order the wrong size bracelet and need it to be resized, please know that you are responsible for all shipping charges a $15 resizing fee. Please contact me via email to initiate the exchange. Thank you.
Can I exchange or return my order?
All sale items, fine rings and custom orders are considered final sale. If you need your ring to be resized we are happy to assist for an additional cost. Otherwise please be mindful upon ordering that we are a small business and that each item is handmade and made to order. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns & exchange for coin necklaces & earrings are accepted only within 10 days of delivery date, if not, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.

What Is gold fill?
Golf fill is jewelry composed of a solid layer of gold (typically constituting at least 5% of the item's total weight) mechanically bonded to a base of either sterling silver or a base metal. It is sustainable and the next best thing to 14 k gold.
What is Vermeil?
Vermeil (Pronounced: Vermay) Gold Vermeil is sterling silver that has been gold-plated. This is a good combination for those with allergy to normal, plated jewelry items. The difference between vermeil, and gold-filled, is in the thickness of the gold and the base metal used. In vermeil, the base is sterling silver.
Can I cancel my order?
There is a 24 hour processing time, starting at the time you place your order in which we allow a cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. Thank you.
Is there a warranty?
We take pride in our craftsmanship and understand that jewelry is delicate in its nature and things happen. We are happy to repair any items with in 30 days of your purchase.
